What the invoice generator does

This free invoice generator produces a tidy, print-ready invoice without an account, a subscription or a spreadsheet template. Fill in your business details and your client, add line items with quantities and prices, set a tax rate and an optional discount, and a live preview updates as you type. When it looks right, click Print or save as PDF and use your browser's print dialog to save a PDF or send it straight to a printer.

Your business details, the last invoice and your line items are saved in your own browser, so the next time you open the page everything is prefilled and the invoice number increments automatically. Nothing is uploaded; the invoice never leaves your device unless you send it.

How to use it

1. Enter your business name, address and contact details. Add a logo URL if you have one hosted on your website.
2. Fill in the client's name, address and email under Bill to.
3. Check the invoice number, issue date and due date, then choose a currency symbol.
4. Add line items with a description, quantity and unit price. Set tax and discount if they apply, and add payment terms in the notes.
5. Click Print or save as PDF, or use Copy as text to paste the invoice into an email or chat.

For a clean PDF, choose Save as PDF as the destination in the print dialog and turn off headers and footers. The page is styled so only the invoice prints, not the rest of the site.
